1. Work Order (Job Request)

Def – Work Order is a way of UF and client to have interaction for outsourced project.

1.1 Contact

1.1.1. Potential client may contact UF, through Facebook Page: Unleashed Fantasia or to inbox, PM, DM to Terence Slyvester Empari Facebook profile.

1.2Work Discussion

1.2.1. Discussion is only related with WO that is offered by UF.

1.2.2. The project type can be outsourced to UF is drafting using

• AutoCAD 2007, (2D CAD drafting)

• Solidworks 2015 (3D CAD drafting, Part stress analysis, Flow simulation analysis, Save as File..)

• Catia V5, ( 3D CAD drafting, Part Stress Analysis, CNC simulation, CNC Code Generic)

1.2.3 Charges are dependable on project type. (Charge is to be reviewed.)

1.2.4. Discounted or Free service will allows UF to add up UF logo trademark within the hand over document (specifically and strictly PDF and Picture saved file). No drawing part is sent as dwg or any part format.

1.2.5. Discounted, free services, or cancellation during WIP, UF has the right to add on UF logo watermark and publicly posted the project work as it serves as UF portfolio (any of it Drafter)

1.2.6. During WIP, UF and client shall have interaction to ensure the outsourced project is being done as pre-agreed and to clarify miss-understanding or unseeing project.

1.3. OUTSOURCING

1.3.1. Outsourced project is to be sent in sketch or illustration with dimension via media, or by hand, or oral explanation (During meeting). This is applicable for CAD drafting project.

1.3.2. Outsourced project is to be sketched or illustrated to indicate the direction of force(s) and its amount of load applied. This is applicable for CAD Part stress analysis project only.

2. Job Duty

Def - Job duty is a scope of UF while WIP of the project. This is to avoid UF is being blamed for any misconduct which was not did by UF.

2.1 Role of UF; Refer to clause 1.2.2.

2.2 NOT TO DO and NOT of UF ROLES. (which was supposed to be provided by the client)

*UF would not be responsible of anything mistake did by client which was proposed, agreed, and sketch by client.

2.2.1. To calculate load, dimensions, factor of safety of the design, capacity, pressure, stress, shear stress,

2.2.2. To assume or estimate the direction of force or load (when doing analysis), the load amount, the dimension(s) of the design.

2.3 However, UF will hold responsible for misconduct as below;

2.3.1. Wrong drawing given to client.

2.3.2. Wrong dimensions which were overseen by client and UF checking. (Compare to sketch drawing)

2.3.3. Wrong shape which was overseen by client and UF checking. (Compare to sketch drawing)

2.3.4. Wrong analysis input which was overseen by client and UF checking. (Compare to sketch drawing)

3. Hand Over Finished (As Per Requested) Project.

3.1 Prior Hand Over

3.1.1. WIP project is to be discussed for client’s clarification, checking, and approval.

3.1.2 WIP project is to be shown through;

3.1.2.1. Image (Via whatsapp, messenger, e-mail)

3.1.2.2. Direct showing (face to face meeting)

3.2 During Hand Over.

3.2.1. Finished Project is to be handed over when the project is;

• Been approved for the project is done as client has requested.

• Been checked for any error(s) and has been approved for no error present.

• Error Checking and Approval during meeting must be documented (To be reviewed)

• Been paid via internet banking or cash term only. (Credit card or Debit card or student voucher is not accepted).

3.2.2. Finished Project is to be handed over to client via client’s pendrive, Facebook Messenger, or E-mail.

4. Corrections

4.1. Invalid correction is will not be given FOC correction if;

4.1.1. New changes in aspect of

• Appearance,

• shape,

• dimensioning,

• additional or reduction of lines,

• thickness of lines

• label

• directional of load(s) applies,

• amount of load(s) applies,

• type of analysis conducted

As compared with agreed listed aspect in during project outsourcing.

4.1.2. Error(s) that was not recognised, overseen, miss-checked, during post hand over.

4.2. Correction will be done FOC only if;

4.2.1. Error which is did by UF detected or Client during WIP and have not been handed over to client.
